How it works

Front Row’s platform and software is simple to use and features time saving automation and instant analytics.

After every sales call a sales rep is required to send a text message to the Front Row servers.  The text message sent is a coded system and captures key analytics about each sales call.  It takes less than 30 seconds for the sales rep to send this text message. 

Within 3 seconds Front Row has received the text message, identified the sales representative, date and time stamped the message, deciphered the code and provided the information to management on their web-based management dashboard. 

Management now has the ability to see full company sales activity and results in real time.

Program Terms & Conditions

Standard Charge SMS Text Messaging Program
Front Row Solutions enables standard charge SMS text messaging via two dedicated short codes,  30852 for United States users and 69411 for Canadian users. Front Row Solutions is not a Premium Rate SMS Text Messaging Program.
All text messages sent or received in relation to Front Row Solutions’ program and services are Standard Charge messages.

“Double Opt-in” Policy
In order to begin sending and receiving text messages with the Front Row Solutions system, each user must complete a “Double Opt-In” process.  This process will inform your cell phone carrier that you agree to accept SMS Text Messages from Front Row Solutions and any applicable charges.

“Opting Out”
If users wish to stop receiving further text messages related to Front Row Solutions, they can text STOP to 30852 (USA users) or 69411 (Canada users) at any time.
