Automated Work Assignment From Sales Rep Reports
One of the biggest challenges we have at FrontRow is to provide sales rep productivity tools that engage the sales rep, help them be more productive and make more money.
The FrontRow System allows a sales rep to do his sales report immediately after his sales call from a mobile phone or tablet in under 30 seconds. The sales report may include an automatic sales support work assignment imbedded in the sales report.
Just 5 seconds after the sales rep has completed the sales report the designated support person is sent an email with the appropriate work assignment. Below is an actual example of a work assignment being automatically sent via email to the support person.
The Result is a sales rep that is engaged with the system because he has automatically assigned part of his work load to a support person. The sales rep can spend more time selling and less time on administrative work.
The automatic work assignment is date and time stamped and reviewable to help avoid assignment discrepancies.
