Historically there is discord between marketing and sales departments. Sales reps complain about the leads they receive from marketing and marketing in turn doesn't understand why. By integrating your sales and marketing efforts through the FrontRow interface, leads that are created by marketing will automatically be assigned to a sales rep. Each time a sales rep contacts that lead a message will go back to marketing. Each one of these interactions is date and time stamped.
